We know that both parents and kids are really busy. This is probably the single largest factor we/you need to address in terms of getting athletes to schedule time (and another activity) on top of already crazy schedules. That is why you need to be a relatively convenient destination in the midst of a busy weekly schedule.

As part of becoming a Velocity franchisee, you license the rights to a specific geographical territory. This is determined based on the number of households and projected core demographic athletes that reside within the boundaries of that territory. We also calculate drive-time to the facility location, assuming no more than a 20 minutes. This will vary based on actual facility location and population density. We utilize software that ‘unemotionally’ defines what is fair and right to ensure you have a broad enough marketing area to recruit for your business. If there is not a contiguous franchise territory, you have the ability to market and recruit in that geography as well and until it is purchased by another Velocity franchise partner.

Real Estate and Facility Services

Another part of our offering is the turn-key, total project management. This includes assistance in site selection, geo/demographic mapping to ensure the location is positioned to derive maximum athlete/customer traffic as it relates to schools, residential neighborhoods, and other well-traveled retail routes. Then, we’ll support your need for interior space planning and interior design to ensure all elements work together.

We can help you through the construction and build-out, with telecom selection and set-up, and everything else that needs to get done to get the center ready for opening. These services are outside the normal franchise fee but many have found them to be well worth the nominal investment if you want insurance to get it built/done right by people who do this professionally.
