Our coaches are degreed and certified. Our coaches understand that while they should push athletes to the limit, effective training also requires positive reinforcement and the use of methods that cater to each athlete’s individual learning style.
We will help you recruit this talent. We know how to identify and hire the best local talent for the key positions you will need. We have the job descriptions and know the competitive pay scales in order to make this happen. Then we will train them in the principles of Velocity Sports Performance training. As part of this process, they will get certified in Under Amour’s proprietary Combine360 testing.

Our centers feature professional equipment from the best vendors in the business. We negotiate best pricing on your behalf and have recommended vendors from whom you may purchase equipment and turf. That said, if there is similar quality equipment or turf that you find, and it meets the specifications of a Velocity, then we’ll support you getting the best price possible. The basic needs are as follows:
